John Herrera is very experienced in contract and transactional law and acting as a general counsel to organizations. Mr. Herrera is recognized as an aggressive and effective negotiator and also as a respected counselor to organizational owners and managers. Mr. Herrera received his J.D. degree from the William Mitchell College of Law and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota. After successfully completing the bar exam and founding his own successful business enterprises. Mr. Herrera joined the firm of Jackobson, Buffalo, Schoessler & Magnuson LTD in Saint Paul, Minnesota as Of Counsel. This experience gave Mr. Herrera a wealth of Organizational and Native American Governmental experience and ability to counsel organizations with sound advise. Mr. Herrera has authored several articles on the subjects of organizational structure, management and state/tribal tax agreements he is also a frequent speaker on the subjects.
Mr. Herrera is active in a number of professional organizations including the Beltrami County Bar Association, a member the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, and a member of the Cass Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Herrera treats every client organization with respect and integrity.
